Celebrating God’s Goodness and Embracing Greater Things Ahead on September 10
As the new school year gets underway, we invite you to join us for an evening of community and celebration at Worthington Christian School’s Convocation on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. This special event will be held at the Grace Polaris Church Worship Center, with seating opening at 6 PM. The program begins promptly at 6:30 PM and runs until 7:15 PM.
Our theme for this year’s Convocation is Celebrating God’s Goodness and Embracing Greater Things Ahead. The evening will include student-led worship, remarks from Dr. Mike Hayes, Head of School, video presentations, and other special elements. We look forward to coming together as a school community to reflect on God’s faithfulness and to anticipate the great things ahead.
Following Convocation, the Parent-Teacher Fellowship (PTF) will host a reception in The Hogue Commons. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other parents and staff, enjoy light refreshments, and learn about ways to get involved throughout the school year. Whether you are looking for a one-time volunteer opportunity or a regular assignment, there will be something for everyone.
The event is casual, and we encourage you to bring your children and students along to experience this meaningful time together.
