As we begin a new school year, we want to take a moment to highlight a few new faces at WC, as well as some familiar faces stepping into new roles.

Worthington Christian is excited to welcome Katie Stolte-Carroll as a First Grade Educational Aide. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine and Biology from the University of Findlay and a Master’s in Public Health from The Ohio State University. Katie has been a familiar face around WC over the past few years as a substitute, but she comes to us after serving as a Project Manager at George Washington University. Katie and her husband have two children and are also WC parents, with students in 2nd and 7th.

We asked staff members several “getting to know you” questions; we hope you enjoy learning a bit more about Katie!

Working on a farm, taking care of the horses.

What’s something people might be surprised to find out about you?

Every summer, we head to the New Jersey shore as a family, and my girls get to make similar memories I did growing up.

I love making and eating homemade spaghetti and ravioli.

What makes a “good day” at school?
When everyone feels supported and heard. When the kids are excited to see you, and to learn!
