Graduation information and more for this year’s seniors.

UPCOMING EVENTS

• Senior Calendar: All events related to the senior class are/will be on this Google Calendar (including grad parties!).
• Cap and Gown Pickup: Seniors should pick up their cap and gown orders from Chelsea Meyers in the office ASAP.
• Senior Sendoff/Walk Out: Wednesday, May 15. At the end of assembly, we will have our annual “Senior Walk Out!” All students, faculty, and staff will line the halls and cheer on our senior class as they walk out to the turf for a class picture. Parents are welcome to attend both chapel and the walkout. 
  • Assembly will start at 11:11am and the walkout will be directly afterwards (starting roughly around 11:50am). 
  • Lunch will be provided for all seniors afterwards out at the concession stand.
  • This is an OOU day for all seniors – however, if you can, please wear your college shirt/sweatshirt to show us where you will be attending next year!
  • This is traditionally the day where all senior girls wear their painted school skirts with their college logo on them.
  • All OOU handbook rules apply.
• Chromebooks/Textbooks – Before Friday, May 17, school-issued Chromebooks and chargers should be returned to Mrs. Cain and textbooks should be returned to the appropriate teachers. 
• Awards/Olympics Day – Friday, May 17. The 9-12 Awards Assembly will be in the morning, followed by the House Olympics in the afternoon. All students should wear their house t-shirt on this day. Parents will be notified via email if their student will be receiving an award. 
• Graduation Week: For more specific information regarding arrival times, dress guidelines, etc., please see the Graduation Letter.
  • Graduation Practice: Thursday, May 23,
  • Baccalaureate: Thursday, May 23, 7:30pm
  • Commencement: Sunday, May 26, 3:00pm

• Grad Parties: If you would like to have your grad party added to this senior Google calendar, please fill out the WC Senior Grad Party Form. (If there are any changes to your party info after turning in the form, please email Chelsea Meyers and she will update the calendar.)

• Senior Signs: If you would like to order a senior sign or banner for your yard, please contact Magnum Press. They have our logo and the correct school colors as well, and they can personalize to your wants/needs. They do great work and their prices are competitive with other printing people in the area.
