Many students involved in Worthington Christian’s robust performing arts program carry skills they learn with them far beyond graduation. Brett Muschott is one of WC’s many “alumni in the arts.”

Brett Muschott graduated from Worthington Christian in 2012. During his time at WC, he was heavily involved in the theatre department and choir, as well as serving on the chapel worship team. Muschott reflects, “I didn’t realize it at the time, but God was cultivating a love for serving and worship that would follow me into college, and eventually into my career.” He continued being involved in music-oriented ministries as a student at Cedarville University, using many of the lessons and virtues gained at WC.

He currently serves as the Worship and Young Adults Pastor at Life Community Church in Hilliard, Ohio. His responsibilities include leading worship music, performing music as it relates to a certain topic or teaching point, lead the church body through liturgy, and drama performances. Muschott explains, “Even as I lead my friends and family in authentic worship, I’m occasionally brought back to the basics of true Christian leadership and musical performance that I learned during my time at Worthington Christian.”
