Dr. Todd Marrah Named 2025 Worthington Christian Alumnus of the Year
Established in 2009, the Alumnus of the Year award honors graduates of Worthington Christian School whose lives reflect the school’s mission and the enduring influence of a Christ-centered education. Each year, we recognize an individual whose leadership, service, and spiritual impact stand as a testimony to the transformative power of Christian schooling.
This year, Worthington Christian is proud to name Dr. Todd Marrah (Class of 1985) as the 2025 Alumnus of the Year.
Dr. Marrah has dedicated his life to the spiritual and academic development of others. After graduating from Worthington Christian, he pursued both ministry and education with distinction. Today, he serves as Superintendent of Tree of Life Christian Schools, one of Central Ohio’s largest and most diverse Christian school systems.
His influence reaches far beyond a single school community.
Dr. Marrah is the Executive Pastor of Rock City Church, a thriving multi-campus congregation with a strong local presence and a global mission. He also chairs the board of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI), which serves more than 20,000 schools across 100+ countries.
Most recently, he was appointed to lead the newly formed United States Christian Education Network, a collaborative initiative designed to strengthen and unify Christian education nationwide.
Whether in the classroom, the church, or on the global stage, Dr. Todd Marrah embodies what it means to live a life of purpose, rooted in faith and driven by service. His example reminds us all that the call to follow Christ reaches every corner of life—and that education can be one of the most powerful tools for transformation.
Congratulations, Dr. Marrah, on this well-deserved honor. You continue to inspire generations of WC students, families, and leaders.
