As we begin a new school year, we want to take a moment to highlight a few new faces at WC, as well as some familiar faces stepping into new roles.
Worthington Christian is excited to welcome Heidi DeVerna as a Seventh Grade English Teacher. She holds both a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in education from the University of Toledo. Heidi comes to WC after serving as a Fifth Grade ELA teacher in Texas, where she and her husband were also involved in full-time ministry. They have two adult children and a seventh-grader who is also new to WC this year.
We asked staff members several “getting to know you” questions; we hope you enjoy learning a bit more about Heidi!
