Graduation information and more for this year’s seniors.
Senior Trip (March 19-26, 2026)
- Passport: Turn in your passport to Mrs. Meyers in the office as soon as you’re able. These will be kept in a safe and handed back to you at the airport before your trip!
- Final Trip Payment Due in SCORE Account: Saturday, January 10
- Senior Trip Parent Meeting: Monday, February 2 – It is absolutely necessary to have at least one parent present for this meeting if your senior is going on the trip. We will distribute important paperwork, materials, schedules, and information. Students may attend if they’d like, but their attendance is not required.
- Under 18? Additional paperwork is required if you will be a minor while on the senior trip. These are all due by February 2!
- SCORE Parental Consent Form – This form must be notarized. We will have a notary available at the February 2 meeting for your convenience. Please note, if parents are not married and share custody, both signatures are required. For the team leader/chaperone line, please see the info below for your child’s specific flight. We must have this form on file to travel with your child. This can be turned in at the February 2 meeting or anytime before then directly to Miss DiAsio in the office.
- Student Last Name Amstutz – Koran: Your flight team leader is Dan Roads
- Student Last Name Korodi – Zartman AND Guirgis: Your flight team leader is Dawn McMahon
- SCORE Photo Release Form – This form is also available on your students’ managedmissions account. Please print, sign, and upload to their account by February 2 – click on “tasks and goals,” then “minor photo release form,” then add attachment. If you can’t figure out this last step, you can bring Mrs. McMahon the form and she will upload it for you.
- Vision Trust Liability Waiver – One of our ministry days will be spent with our partner school in Ensanche Altagracia and that is through Vision Trust, rather than SCORE, thus we need the additional form. Please print, sign, and return to Miss DiAsio at school by February 2.

Graduation (May 24, 2026)
- Important Dates:
- Cap and Gown Orders: Please see the email from Chelsea Meyers (sent Oct. 27) for all details regarding ordering your caps and gowns. This info can also be found on the Class of 2026 Team. The only items we require seniors to have for commencement are a cap, gown, and tassel:
- Buying from Jostens: If you’re looking to do the bare minimum, the “Cap, Gown, Tassel Unit, $35.95” is the only thing you need. This unit includes a cap, gown, and a tassel.
- Borrowing from WC: Our office does have a LIMITED supply of caps and gowns that a student may BORROW. If you would like to reserve a cap and/or gown, they are on a first come first serve basis. Please contact Chelsea Meyers with your student’s height if you wish to reserve one. These will need to be turned back in within one week of commencement.
- The tassel you need to order is the “Souvenir Tassel, $12.00.” This tassel is the same one that comes with the “Cap, Gown, Tassel Unit,” so all seniors will wear the same tassel.
- There is also an option to buy a “Cap & Tassel (no gown), $28.95” if you wish to buy both.
- Borrowing from alumni: If you are borrowing a cap and gown from a friend or sibling,
- Senior Calendar: All events related to the senior class are/will be on this Google Calendar (including grad parties!).
- Grad Parties: If you would like to have your grad party added to the senior Google Calendar, please fill out the WC Senior Grad Party Form. (If there are any changes to your party info after turning in the form, you can contact Chelsea Meyers to update the calendar.)
- Baccalaureate Video: Please submit your pictures for our Baccalaureate video using our Google Album. These pictures should feature your class from any and all years at WC (Seder feast, 5th grade camp out, 8th grade Rube Goldberg, field trips, senior trip, gala, etc.). Think more group photos rather than individual as we would like to showcase as many students as possible.
- If you do not send in any pictures, DO NOT EXPECT TO BE FEATURED IN THE VIDEO. We simply cannot take the time to go through every photo and badger those who have not contributed – This is a problem we have every year and we just don’t have the time! However, we will do our best to feature as many of you as possible and represent the class well.
- The deadline to submit pictures is THURSDAY, APRIL 30.
