Graduation (May 25, 2025)

  • Caps and Gowns: It’s time to order your caps and gowns! The only items we require seniors to have for commencement are a cap, gown, and tassel.
    • Buying from Jostens: If you’re looking to do the bare minimum, the “Cap, Gown, Tassel Unit, $34.25” is the only thing you need. This unit includes a cap, gown, and a tassel.
    • Borrowing from WC: Our office does have a LIMITED supply of caps and gowns that a student may BORROW. If you would like to reserve a cap and/or gown, they are on a first come first serve basis. Please call or email Chelsea Meyers with your student’s height if you wish to reserve one. These will need to be turned back in within one week of commencement.
      • The tassel you need to order is the “Souvenir Tassel, $11.65.” This tassel is the same one that comes with the “Cap, Gown, Tassel Unit,” so all seniors will wear the same tassel.
      • There is also an option to buy a “Cap & Tassel (no gown), $25.25” if you wish to buy both.
    • Borrowing from alumni: If you are borrowing a cap and gown from a friend or sibling, . See instructions above.
  • Senior Calendar: All events related to the senior class are/will be on this Google Calendar (including grad parties!).
  • Grad Parties: If you would like to have your grad party added to the senior Google Calendar, please fill out the WC Senior Grad Party Form. (If there are any changes to your party info after turning in the form, you can contact Chelsea Meyers to update the calendar.)
  • Baccalaureate Video: Please submit your pictures for our Baccalaureate video using our Google Album. These pictures should feature your class from any and all years at WC (Seder Feast, 5th Grade Camp Out, 8th Grade Rube Goldberg, class trips, Gala, etc.). Think more group photos rather than individual as we would like to showcase as many students as possible.
    • If you do not send in any pictures, DO NOT EXPECT TO BE FEATURED IN THE VIDEO. We simply cannot take the time to go through every photo and badger those who have not contributed – This is a problem we have every year and we just don’t have the time! However, we will do our best to feature as many of you as possible and represent the class well.
    • The deadline to submit pictures is MONDAY, MAY 5. (This is the Monday after Gala!)
  • Graduation Rehearsal: Thursday, May 22, 2025, 8:00am
  • Baccalaureate: Thursday, May 22, 2025, 7:30pm
  • Commencement: Sunday, May 25, 2025, 3:00pm
