Graduation information and more for this year’s seniors.

Senior Trip (March 13-20, 2025)

• Prep Day – Wednesday, Mar. 13: It is REQUIRED for all seniors going on the trip to be at school on Wednesday, March 13 to prep for the trip!
• Airport Arrival Times – Thursday, Mar. 14:
  • Delta Flight 1 – Arrive at 4:00am
  • Delta Flight 2 – Arrive at 5:00am
  • American Flight 1 – Arrive at 6:00am
  • American Flight 2 – Arrive at 6:00am
• Turn in a box of cereal! Each senior should bring one box of cereal to Mr. Woosley’s room before the trip. These will be used both for breakfast and as a snack while in the DR.
• Old suitcases needed: Looking to get rid of some old suitcases? We’re accepting donations! Feel free to drop them off in the main office anytime before Wednesday, March 5.
• Prayer bracelets and luggage tags: These were both handed out at the parent meeting. You can pick yours up from Mrs. McMahon if you missed it. Reminder: ALL luggage (both personal and ministry bags) must have a WC luggage tag. 
• Parent Meeting: If you missed the meeting on Feb. 3, there were a few very important documents that were handed out. If you have any questions or need another copy, please contact Mrs. McMahon.

Gala (April 26, 2025)

• Tickets: Purchase your tickets now! Everyone attending must have a ticket.
• Gala Information: Please read our Gala letter for important details regarding dress code guidelines, bringing guests, and more. Note that the dress code guidelines apply to guests as well, so please pass this along to whomever you invite. 
• Guests: If you are bringing a guest who does not attend WC, you must fill out our Guest Permission Form and turn it in to the office prior to the event.

Graduation (May 25, 2025)

• Caps and Gowns: The deadline to order your caps and gowns has now passed. Please contact Chelsea Meyers if you have not ordered/reserved your regalia for graduation.
• Senior Calendar: All events related to the senior class are/will be on this Google Calendar (including grad parties!).
• Grad Parties: If you would like to have your grad party added to the senior Google Calendar, please fill out the WC Senior Grad Party Form. (If there are any changes to your party info after turning in the form, you can contact Chelsea Meyers to update the calendar.)
• Baccalaureate Video: Please submit your pictures for our Baccalaureate video using our Google Album. These pictures should feature your class from any and all years at WC (Seder Feast, 5th Grade Camp Out, 8th Grade Rube Goldberg, class trips, Gala, etc.). Think more group photos rather than individual as we would like to showcase as many students as possible.
  • If you do not send in any pictures, DO NOT EXPECT TO BE FEATURED IN THE VIDEO. We simply cannot take the time to go through every photo and badger those who have not contributed – This is a problem we have every year and we just don’t have the time! However, we will do our best to feature as many of you as possible and represent the class well.
  • The deadline to submit pictures is WEDNESDAY, APRIL 30. (This is the Wednesday after Gala!)
• Graduation Rehearsal: Thursday, May 22, 2025, 8:00am
• Baccalaureate: Thursday, May 22, 2025, 7:30pm
• Commencement: Sunday, May 25, 2025, 3:00pm
